Brenda gets any issues fixed quickly and efficiently. I am pleased to write this review for Warren Anthony as I have received very good service from them, particularly our agent, Harrison. They are organised and always provide timely responses to any requests, queries, and concerns. Their staff are friendly and always happy to assist. They make use of a user friendly online portal to manage all aspects of our tenancy and provides easy access to information regarding our tenancy. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their service to anyone.

They were very quick to market and I found their teamwork to be excellent - the flat was let within days and all the neccesary contract work done correctly. Highly recommend.

Dan & Tony we're great. I did try to sell my property with a previous estate agent for 18 months, but no luck. I then listed my property with Warren Anthony and it was sold subject to contract within 2 weeks. My property sale did crop quite a few problems along the way and it was very disheartening for me at times. Dan & Tony pushed the sale through at every hurdle. After a previous attempt at selling our property was a bit of a disaster - we knew we had to sell and got in touch with a few estate agents.

Warren Anthony sold the property to us initially, and when it came to us selling it on - it became clear quickly that they were the right agents for us.

I was a tenant of a property they managed for the last 4 years. I have moved out into a wonderful new flat which sadly isn't managed by them however they have been professional from when I first viewed the property all the way through to returning the deposit. From the first time I viewed the flat I went on to rent, all at Warren Anthony Watford branch were professional, efficient and friendly as well as true to their word. I was told that day that I would get a call back within half an hour of the viewing and I did. From that point on, everything went as smoothly as it possibly could have done, right up until two years later when I am now vacating the flat. Every member of staff I have dealt with has been courteous and excellent at what they do and communciation, be it by phone or by email, has always been prompt.
